Customer Service Support Advisor - Banbury -
Our client is the UK's largest manufacturer in their field, offering innovative, eco-friendly solutions to the construction industry, and due their busy and expanding workload they are seeking an additional Customer Service Support Advisor to support their team.
The Customer Service Support Advisor will be responsible for responding to customer queries and building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful Customer Service Support Advisor will be used to working within a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer queries
* Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
* Estimating materials required to complete jobs
* Organising and send out samples for customers
* Generating quotations and process orders for new and existing customers
* Updating the company's administrative online system (CRM)
* Enquiry follow up via phone and email.
Candidate requirements:

* be experienced working within a high paced office environment
* have a good level of excel skills
Package on offer:
* Basic salary of £22K plus a monthly bonus of up to £600 based on KPI's, these are not sales related KPI's so very achievable plus an additional annual company bonus. (OTE £29k - £32K)
* 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

* Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 2.30pm on Friday (35hours)
