Residential Conveyancer - Bath
Salary: Up to £55,000
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a well-established law firm in Bath? If so, we want to hear from you! The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
- Manage your own caseload, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients, agents, and referrers in a fast-paced environment.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Land Registry processes and compliance requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' post-qualification experience as a Solicitor, CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Proven expertise in all aspects of residential property transactions.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A proactive and friendly approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
