This established Wealth Management business is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the MD. This role has come about after an internal promotion and is a great opportunity for someone to continue to add value to the business, work with the team and clients and take on ad-hoc projects. This role would suit someone who is loyal and reliable and wants to be part of a growing company.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:

Diary management and arranging meetings
Pulling together information packs ahead of meetings for MD
First point of contact for all new and existing clients
Support with organising team or client events
Ability to produce reports through internal systems
Required Skills and Qualifications include:

Previous Personal Assistant or Secretary experience
Confident, articulate, organised with strong communication skills
Strong IT knowledge (producing packs of information, regular reports)
Attend meetings and take minutes
Driving licence for occasional off-site meetings with key clients
