The firm are looking to expand and take on an experienced Solicitor who has upwards of 3+ Years PQE experience.The day-to-day Private Client Associate position would involve:* Deliver a high standard of legal advice to clients in a commercial astute manner and always delivering outstanding client service.* Manage a caseload of files, under supervision, dealing effectively with cases and transactions. * Deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations.* Works closely with partners and senior lawyers to develop client relationship skills.* Actively develop relationships with smaller clients.* Effectively scope and price work, under supervision* Raise personal profile and attract delegated work; take responsibility for aspects of BD projects within the department.* Take responsibility for aspects of business development projects in the department* Manage time recording, WIP monitoring and billing consistently on own and others' files and matters.* Take responsibility for aspects of business development projects in the department.* Manage time recording, WIP monitoring and billing consistently on own and others' files and matters.Skills, Experience, and Attributes* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive 3PQE +* Previous experience of private client matters.* Studying or willing to study towards STEP* Experience in preparing estate accounts and R185s is mandatory* Trained in a mid-sized to top 150 law firmIf you are interested in applying then please contact Millie Ebbrell at Simpson Judge Legal today.
