About the Role

As Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, and supporting a high-performing team. Your leadership will directly impact the quality, safety, and delivery performance across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and promote Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards across the production site

*

Lead, manage, and support the production team to meet performance targets

*

Ensure production output aligns with delivery and quality objectives

*

Conduct and lead effective team briefs to communicate goals and updates

*

Investigate customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions

*

Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Engineering team on new and ongoing projects

*

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance through coaching and development

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment

*

Proven management or supervisory experience is essential

*

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

*

Strong time management and organisational abilities

*

Excellent communication skills and a passion for team development
