Our client in Newton Abbot is looking for part-time HGV drivers, with the chance to take on full-time hours during busy periods. You'll be delivering a range of palletised goods using a Class 1 curtain sider. Position Highlights:- Pay Rate: £16.81-£17.93 per hour (PAYE ADV); alternative PAYE options available.
- Shift Start: 08:00 am, Monday to Friday.
- Minimum Pay Guarantee: 8 hours per day.
- Earnings: Hourly pay structure-work more, earn more!
- Payment Frequency: Weekly.
- Training: Full training is provided to ensure your success.
Your Responsibilities:- Safely transporting palletised goods using a Class 1 curtain sider.
- Delivering goods securely, ensuring efficiency and care.
- Upholding high standards of customer service.
- Following company policies and procedures throughout your role.
What We're Looking For:- A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
- Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
- At least one year of HGV driving experience.
- An ADR licence is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Experience with tail lifts is advantageous-full training provided.
