Acorn by Synergie is looking for a construction Site Manager with experience delivering commercial projects with Façade / cladding packages.

Location: Surbiton, London - 45 Apartment Block

Contract: Full time, Freelance

As Site Manager, you will be in charge of a 45 block of apartments that is having the facade / cladding work re done. You will take a key role in ensuring safety and quality on site through the effective oversight of sub contractor partners and direct labour.

Duties:

• Liaise with trades
• Check work carried out by sub-contractors to assess delivery in line with programme, design drawings and quality standards
• Carry out inductions and toolbox talks
• Follow and implement health and safety procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

• You can demonstrate experience managing sites within the main contractor environment
• You hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certification
• You have a full UK driving license
• Previous experience delivering projects with external façade / cladding work

Duration - The project will run for 26 weeks, with potential of other works with same contractor after completion. Working 7.30 till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Day Rate - Negotiable
