Building Surveyor - Oxford

Responsibilities / Duties:
Join a dynamic and growing building surveying team in Oxford. Engage in diverse and innovative projects. Focus primarily on commercial property building surveying with a desirable understanding of residential surveys.

Requirements:

* Conduct pre-acquisition building surveys and schedules of condition.

* Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations and schedules of works.

* Manage contract administration and CDM.

* Handle client relationships, provide fee quotes, and manage work independently to meet deadlines.

* Travel as needed, including coverage for our Oxford and London offices. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

* Preferably an RICS Registered Building Surveyor with post-qualification experience.
