No prior recruitment experience is necessary-just a willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills.

• Support the talent acquisition team in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing recruitment processes.
• Assist with posting job ads on various platforms and tracking applications.
• Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Use of social media and job boards to advertise roles.
• Source candidates

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS systems is a plus, but not required.
