Private Sector Housing Opportunity in Hampshire!👮

Did you know Hampshire is the largest county in the South East, and the 9th biggest in England!

Think you have what it takes? You'll need experience in:

🏠 Dealing with unauthorised HMO's, and re-visiting HMO's.

🏠 Undertaking HHSRS inspections for single dwelling complaints and revisiting single dwelling disrepairs.

🏠 Gathering evidence for breaches of the Housing Act 2004 for potential Civil Penalties and prosecutions.

🏠 Enforcement procedures, and experience in serving civil penalties and attending Tribunal and Courts Services when required.

This role will involve a mixture of working at home and being in the borough, visiting the many miles of homes within the area!

On offer is an initial 6-month contract with the potential to be extended.
