Overview: We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to take on a key role in a high-profile project within the utilities sector. You will be responsible for developing and managing the testing strategy, ensuring high-quality standards across the project, and leading a team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy in alignment with project objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing direction, coaching, and feedback.
- Oversee the testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Manage test plans, track defects, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Identify testing risks and explore opportunities for test automation.
- Provide regular metrics and reports on testing progress and quality.
Essential Skills: - Strong experience with AGILE methodology.
- Proven background in Test Management on large-scale projects.
- Basic experience with test automation.
Desirable Skills: - Utilities/Energy sector experience.
- Knowledge of JIRA.
- Familiarity with JAVA and Selenium is a plus.
Requirements: - Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in testing and test management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot testing challenges and ensure high-quality standards.
