I have an exciting opportunity for a Supported Housing Worker with good knowledge on Tenancies in Watford.

Contract: Temp to Perm (3 months temp)

Shifts:8am - 4pm / 1pm - 9pm over 7 days (Including weekends)

Hours per week: 37.5

Salary:£29,848.00 Per Annum PAYE: £17.14, Umbrella: £19.71

Job Details:

·Support residents with their tenancy agreements, ensuring they understand and adhere to their responsibilities.

·Take legal tenancy action when required, including issuing Section 8 and Section 21 notices.

·Attend court proceedings to complete the legal process for tenancy actions.
