About the Role
We are at the forefront of Nuclear New Build Projects, delivering critical work across the UK. As a Document Controller, youll play a key role in managing documentation through electronic document management systems on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure document quality meets project and company standards.
Manage the distribution of deliverables and documentation, addressing any process issues.
Train engineers on document management processes and tools, reporting to the lead document controller.
Monitor design change information and liaise with review teams.
Utilize bulk tools for documentation uploads and imports, with full training provided.
Process supplier documentation, including transmittals and deliverables.
Collaborate with various stakeholders and maintain daily records from the Change Information System.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience in document management and proficiency in MS Office.
A minimum of A Level education or equivalent.
Familiarity with electronic document management systems and digital tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Capability to navigate complex project environments with multiple stakeholders.
