ML40- Housekeeper.Salary: £12 pound an hour plus service charge.Location: Broadway.Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Housekeeper on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize 70 guest rooms daily, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, following hotel protocols.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock guest room amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain a pristine environment.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with hotel health and safety guidelines.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
• Respect guests’ privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team, supervisors, and front desk staff to ensure rooms are ready on time for guest arrivals.

Skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to manage physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
