CommisChefsare an integral part of our Kitchen team, and they embrace every opportunity to help contributeto creatingdelicious food for our guests.

• Assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mis-en-place and cooking food to the required high standards.

• Preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.

• Ensuring equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.
