We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Leader to oversee our maintenance operations in Chester. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a team of electricians, ensuring the smooth running of electrical systems across the site, managing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks to keep critical systems fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a team of electrical engineers.

* Perform and oversee maintenance on electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Coordinate shift schedules and provide technical guidance.

Key Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
