About the Role:An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join a prestigious, Top-Tier Legal 500 firm based in Manchester. The firm is renowned for its high-quality legal services and offers a supportive and dynamic work environment. You will join a thriving team, handling a diverse and high-net-worth client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of private client law, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Planning, and Taxation
• Drafting and reviewing complex Wills, Trusts, and Deeds of Variation
• Managing estates, including administration, inheritance tax calculations, and liaising with executors and beneficiaries
• Providing expert advice on tax planning, asset protection, and family wealth management
• Assisting clients with powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent service
• Developing business and contributing to the growth of the department

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ - 2PQE) with strong experience within Private Client
• Strong experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals
• STEP qualified (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of professionalism
• Desire to contribute to the firm's growth and reputation within the sector
