A leading, global publishing business is in need of a Junior Management Accountant. This role would suit a studying accountant looking to complete their ACCA/CIMA. Offering study support and a varied role with exposure to the wider business, this role will be paying between £45,000 and £50,000 and is based in Central London.

As a Junior Management Accountant, your role will involve:

• Balance sheet reconciliations to support month end processes
• Month end entries, such as provisions, AP accrual, overheads accrual, marketing accruals, reclasses and any other accruals that might be needed on an ad hoc basis
• Month end reporting, commentary and analysis to explain the financials
• Support the external audit processes

The ideal candidate for the Junior Management Accountant role will:

• Part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience of working as an accountant in a large or compliance finance function
• Ability to deal with complex accounting and make improvements to month end processes
