As the Senior Security Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of the security services department, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to drive the continued growth of the team, improve operational efficiency, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage a growing team of 20+ individuals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
✅ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget
✅ Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues
✅ Implement and monitor processes and procedures to improve efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction
✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Essential Requirements:
