Reed Finance is working with a well-established service sector business and leader in their field, to recruit a Finance Business Partner. Our client is based in Glasgow City Centre and offers hybrid working with 2 days required in the office.

This newly created role reports directly to the Head of Finance. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strong financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering for the wider organisation. Your role will involve collaborating with non-finance stakeholders, preparing financial results and KPIs, and contributing to departmental growth.

The main responsibilities the position entails are:

Provide support and analysis to key stakeholders, both internal and external
Build strong strategic relationships with stakeholders
Lead business forecasting and contribute to setting targets for costs, savings, and opportunities
Lead on continuous improvement of departmental and finance information processes through seeking to develop best practise
Assist with routine preparation of monthly cashflows and management accounts
Ad hoc project workTo be considered for the role, you must possess the following:

Qualified accountant (ICAS,CIMA,ACCA)
Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, FP&A or analytical role
