Are you a confident and adaptable individual with experience in classroom management? We are seeking an Experienced Secondary Cover Supervisor to work across a variety of schools in Chesterfield and Sheffield.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise students in the absence of teaching staff, across a range of subjects. You will ensure lessons run smoothly, following the school's discipline procedures, and support students in staying on task.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes across a variety of subject specialisms in secondary schools.
Follow the school's behaviour and discipline policies to maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with their learning and ensure they stay on task.
Ensure the work set is completed by the class.Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a secondary school setting.
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (essential).
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different subjects.
Confidence in handling challenging situations and maintaining discipline.Benefits:
