CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator / Manager for London based projects.

Working on behald of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage BIM processes for M&E projects.

* Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables.

* Develop and maintain BIM models and documentation.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

* Provide technical support and training to project teams.

* Conduct regular audits and quality checks on BIM models.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any BIM-related issues.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Extensive experience in BIM coordination and management, particularly in M&E projects.

* Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
