Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to support students' learning and development, particularly those with additional needs. This role is based in North London and is ideal for someone with experience in education and training who wants to expand their career in a supportive and dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN
Collaborate with the teaching staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Monitor and document student progress, adapting support as needed
