Engineering Supervisor - £48k - £51k - Acton

We are working with a global and reputable Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on an Engineering Supervisor to cover one of their health care contracts based in the Acton area.

Job purpose: As an Engineering Supervisor you will be responsible for undertaking both electrical and mechanical activities such as working across pumps, motors, AHU's, FCU's, Single and Three Phase Systems and more all to the highest level of service for the client. You will be required to answer queries, report any defects, and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit. You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

As well as this you will be leading a team of technical engineers across a health care contract. You will be dealing with clients carrying out reports, dealing with quotations and more. You will be the main point of contact between fabric engineers and fabric manager.

Experience & Qualifications

* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.

* Relevant qualifications required e.g. C&G or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical as well as holding an 18th Edition if electrically qualified.

* Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and Safe Systems of Working.

* Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.

* Good verbal and written communication are important, including the ability to use a mobile device.

* You'll need to be highly self-motivated, and solutions focussed with the ability to work and manage a team of fabric engineers.

40 hours a Week Mon - Fri Overtime & weekends available plus being on call.
