Major Talent is partnered with a global player within the flavours and fragrance industry who have facilities throughout North America, Asia, and the UK. We are looking to speak with candidates for a Supply Chain Planning Manager opening

This is a 12 month fixed term contract

As a Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will be responsible for site sales & operations planning, OTIF improvement and inventory management

Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Planning Manager

Participate in daily site meetings to represent the site Supply Chain.
Lead daily order book review meeting to mitigate risks to OTIF.
Lead weekly supply review meeting to fix production plans for the following week(s).
Lead monthly S&OP meeting.
Lead monthly inventory control meeting.
Lead weekly OTIF improvement meeting.
Plan internal supply from other sites
Support testing and training for system upgrade.

Skills required to be a Supply Chain Planning Manager

Strong experience of using ERP MPS / MRP systems, preferably ORACLE.
Strong background in Supply Chain planning, particularly production planning and S&OP.
Proven capability to deliver sustainable improvements in OTIF, optimizing inventory levels and material flow.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
