Experience/Qualifications for a Small Works Supervisor

You'll have experience supervising small works projects and a strong knowledge of building trades, with the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise workflows in high-pressure situations.
Strengthen local supply chain partner relationships.
Manage all works fully compliant with minor works framework.
Oversee service reviews carried out by operatives and contracts supervisors.
Proactively monitor KPI and SLA performance so that any issues are resolved to avoid failure.
