Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Shift Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Engineering Shift Supervisor​​​​​​​ who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Engineering Shift Supervisor​​​​​​​, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Engineering Shift Supervisor​​​​​​​, will be responsible for:

* Ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioned safely.

* You will be responsible for a team of engineers including day engineers & shift engineers.

* Ensuring KPIs are met are a key part of this role.

* Ensuring all planned maintenance is carried out in line with its scheduled date, prioritising Statutory and Mandatory tasks.

* Ensuring Reactive Tasks are completed as per Priority.

To be successful for this Engineering Shift Supervisor​​​​​​​ role you must have:

* City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1&2 qualification or equivalent,

* HVAP qualification & relevant HV experience,

* IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal)

* ISOH managing safely.
