Job Title: Mental Health Nurse - CMHT

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for Mental Health Nurses to join the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) team in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dedicated mental health service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for individuals referred to the CMHT, determining their needs and developing care plans.

*

Provide risk assessments and work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.

*

Manage patient assessments, ensure timely documentation, and provide ongoing support to the team as needed.

Position Details:

* Location: Bradford

* Work Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

* Rate: £26.50 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with experience in mental health assessments

* Strong risk assessment and care planning skills

* Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
