Vox Consultants are hiring for a Principal Planning Officer for a Local Authority based in Northwest London.

Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and has relevant experience.

You will be:

Managing Complex Planning Projects - overseeing large scale developments projects.
Providing Strategic Advice.
Supervising Teams - supporting the team manager in managing the team of officers.
Working on the council's policy developments.
Engaging with stakeholders.
Conducting site visits and assessments.Essentials:

Right to work in the UK - the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience of working as a Planning Officer.
Relevant Industry knowledge.
