Days / Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:45- 17:30 / Alternate Saturdays- 8:45- 16:00 (Day off in lieu)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Valuer to join our client’s sales team. As a Valuer, you will play a key role in the agency's success by accurately assessing the value of properties and providing expert advice to clients. You will be responsible for conducting property valuations and market analyses to determine optimal pricing strategies and maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Property valuations
  • Pre and post data capture and reporting
  • Touting and business generation
  • Management of existing sales team and support system
