Role Overview:
Position: SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Location: Islington
Interview Date: Immediate
Contract: Temporary, Part Time or Full Time
Salary: £103 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and caring SEN Learning Support Assistant who:

Has experience working 1:1 with children with SEN, ideally in a school setting.
Can provide personalised support, helping the student engage with learning and develop key skills.
Is patient, empathetic, and confident in using behaviour management strategies when needed.
Works well as part of a team, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
Is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.Your Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to a student, helping them with academic tasks, emotional regulation, and social development.
Implement individual learning plans (ILPs) and adapt activities to meet the student's needs.
Encourage independence, confidence, and positive interactions in the classroom.
Work closely with teachers and external professionals to track progress and refine support strategies.
