As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary starting from £60,000, Plus KPI-based bonus of 10% and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, you'll have 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays to enjoy.

As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home

* Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

* Managing and training staff

* Handling budget management

* Upholding high standards of care
