Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customer.
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- A trade certification (such as Millwright, Electrician, or Diesel Mechanic) is beneficial for specialized industries.
- 2+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment repair.
- Industry-specific experience in manufacturing, automotive, IT, medical devices, or telecommunications is beneficial.
