(Basic DOE) Overview:My client is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead their dynamic Sales and Lettings team in Blackheath. This dual role will involve managing both the sales and lettings teams, with a focus on driving market share, mentoring staff, and maximizing profitability.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the branch to increase profitability and market share
• Provide an exceptional service to clients
• Mentor and motivate the sales and lettings teams to meet performance standards
• Generate new business opportunities
• Ensure the team exceeds targets in both sales and lettings
• Optimise branch operations and performance

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or lettings management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Target-driven with the ability to generate new business
• Full UK driving licence
