I'm looking to speak with experienced senior project management who have led team for a NPD Project Manager role with a FMCG business based in West London.

As the Senior NPD Project Manager you will be responsible end to end delivery of projects comprising innovation, supply optimisation, promotions and maintenance across the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with commercial and operations stakeholders to ensure clear project scopes and successful implementation, both personally and through your team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Provide guidance, coaching, and performance reviews for your team
Conduct project quality and process adherence audits to ensure best practices.
Lead project scoping and manage the delivery of innovation, optimisation, and productivity projects from concept to launch.
Coordinate multiple projects across EMEA, applying prioritisation and phasing strategies.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and project reviews.
Develop and distribute regular project status reports to key stakeholders.
Drive employee engagement and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvements
Key Skills Required

Proficiency in Project Management ideally from a FMCG background
Proven team management experience
End-to-End NPD Project Delivery Knowledge
Strong IT skills including Excel, Power BI, and SAP for data-driven decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage, align, and influence key stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both verbal and written formats.
Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure. 

This is a hybrid role where you will work in the office 2 days a week and 3 days at home

Salary banding is £62,000 - £66,000 + 10% car allowance, bonus and benefits
