Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in education sector construction? Do you take pride in delivering high-quality projects from the ground up to handover? If so, we want to hear from you.

We're a reputable and growing construction company based in Rochester, Kent, looking to hire a permanent Site Manager to join our team. The first project you'll take the lead on is an infill steel-framed extension for a school in North London - a critical and rewarding build where your experience will make all the difference.

🔧 The Role:

Oversee day-to-day site operations for a school extension project.

*

Manage teams and subcontractors from groundworks through to full fit-out and completion.

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and progress.

*

Maintain accurate site records and reports.

✅ What We're Looking For:

*

Proven Site Management experience on education sector projects.

*

Strong track record delivering similar school extension projects from start to finish.

*

Excellent knowledge of steel frame construction, groundworks, internal fit-outs, and health & safety standards.

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualifications required.

*

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
