Operating across the UK, this highly regarded contractor has established itself as a leader in the industry, boasting a turnover exceeding £200m. Delivering cutting-edge Data Centre and critical environment projects for blue-chip clients, the company provides end-to-end solutions from design and construction to fit-out and maintenance.

As Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered with efficiency and excellence. Supported by a highly skilled operations team, you will foster strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement across all projects. Your leadership will be key in maintaining seamless communication, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in main contracting or a large M&E contractor, ideally within the Data Centre or Mission-Critical sectors. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential, as is the ability to lead, communicate, and solve problems effectively. UK experience is a must.
