My client is an established manufacturing business who is looking to recruit an experienced Production Coordinator to join him on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a thriving business who continues to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment where they will spin many plates.
 
The role 

Ensuring customer orders are processed and dispatched ensuring deadlines are met.

Internal

Report daily stocks to all third customers, ensuring discrepancies and queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. 

Ensure all health, safety and environmental standards are adhered to.

Assist with material transactions. 

Act as main point of contact for suppliers and supply chain.

Responsible for ordering materials whilst managing stock levels.

Resolving any issues regarding change of schedules, material shortages and urgent customer queries

Ensure all production enquiries are dealt with. 

Act as the main point of contact for supply chain queries.

Ensure all ISO requirements are adhered to

Assist other departments with allocation of orders.

Input all customer orders into CRM, ensuring resources are available, orders are delivered on time to meet the customers requirements. 

The candidate 

Proficient in all Microsoft packages such as Excel and Windows 

High attention detail and accuracy 

Must have previous experience within a manufacturing environment and a background within production data and reporting. 

Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work in a team environment, effectively working with other departments. 

Relationship building experience with customers and other internal departments.
