We are currently seeking Senior Support Worker's to join the team, working with young people with learning disabilities, ASD, and complex needs. Your role will involve assisting residents along their care pathways, helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

Role: Senior Support Worker
Location: Bexhill-on-Sea
Pay: £15.00 per hour (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Support Worker:

• 
  Provide care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs
• 
  Observe, monitor, and document residents' progress with care and dignity
• 
  Encourage and assist residents in developing independent living skills
• 
  Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• 
  Level 3 in Residential Childcare is Essential - candidates without this will not be considered.
• 
  A strong desire to create positive outcomes for children and young adults with learning disabilities
• 
  An empathetic, caring, and resilient approach
• 
  At least 6 months of experience in a UK social care setting
• 
  An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• 
  The right to work in the UK
• 
  A valid driving license and access to a car (essential due to rural location)
