Role Details:

* Salary: £42,000 - £44,000

* Locations Covered: Witham, Central London, Peterborough, Farnborough, Merton, and Wimbledon

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

* Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general electrical maintenance tasks.

* Conduct fire alarm tests and emergency lighting checks.

* Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.

* Undertake basic handyman duties as needed.

About You:
