Are you an experienced sales professional who has experience of selling into the construction industry, ideally with the hire of plant and machinery?

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales for our client's Thurrock site. You will lead the team, develop strategic sales plans, and help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.

* Pursue new business opportunities in sectors like construction and infrastructure.

* Build strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.

* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to success.

* Analyse sales data, forecast, and report performance.

* Lead client negotiations and manage contracts.

Qualifications:

* Proven sales experience in plant/equipment rental or related industries.

* Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-focused approach.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
