An Administrator is required for a high-paced financial services department based in Redditch. This role is full time and fully office based.

Our client is a prominent, large organisation in the financial services sector who are looking for an Administrator to support their team in Redditch.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings.
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organising and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Implementing and maintaining office systems.
  • Maintaining databases and filing systems.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external contacts.
  • Assisting with special projects as required.

Profile

A successful Administration Assistant should have:

  • Experience as an Administrator is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software.
  • A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work independently.
  • The capacity to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Can commute to Redditch Monday to Friday
