Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the building products manufacturing industry. They are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to ensure the operational efficiency and high quality production on-site

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing a team of up to 30 people
Be a very hands on manager involved day-to-day on the shop floor
Ensuring health and safety and compliance regulations are followed at all times
Production planning and scheduling
Meeting KPIs and production targets
Stock Management

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Must have at least 3 years experience as a Production Manager
Experience in Heavy manufacturing industries such as Rail, Casting, Concrete or similar
IOSH / NEBOSH Certificate (Desired)
Experience as a hands on manager
