A rapidly expanding Creative Agency is looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a part time basis. The role will be office based one day a week and the other day and half could be split according to your needs. There are based in a super cool space, very creative and positively stimulating. The role will cover everything from top to bottom, initially strong emphasis on the bookkeeping and accounts prep whilst putting processes in place and training everyone to follow them, then will become much more strategic.

This Creative Advertising and Production agency is involved in various community projects and works closely with a charity, great opportunity to make a difference as well as support agency growth.

• Create and maintain cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with project schedules and invoicing timelines

• Conduct weekly cash flow and financial forecasting meetings with senior leadership to assess revenue projections, expense management, and future financial strategies

• Assist in setting quarterly and annual budgets, ensuring targets are aligned with organisational goals and financial realities

• Create, implement and communicate new revenue recognition and forecasting processes to better assess and track company performance

• Analyse financial performance and provide insights that help senior leadership and project leads identify margin risk or overspend

• Managing ledger work, payment runs, cash collection, banks recs & payroll

• Track project costs and collaborate with producers and project managers to ensure accurate data is available for project reconciliation

• Liaise with external accountants for tax returns, audits purposes
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare business intelligence reports and financial analyses that guide decision-making, new hires, investments and other strategic initiatives.
