A large national FM and maintenance company are looking for an experienced Refrigeration engineer to be based at a large Mobile sites in Bath. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established team.Benefits include:
Responsibilities will include:
- Installation and Commissioning: Set up refrigeration systems like HVAC units, walk-in coolers, and ice machines.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance and repair tasks on systems such as commercial freezers and cold storage units.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues with refrigeration systems, including chillers and display cases.
- System Upgrades: Implement upgrades to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure systems comply with safety standards and refrigerant regulations.
- Documentation: Keep detailed maintenance and repair records.
- Energy Efficiency: Identify and implement energy-saving measures.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients about system status and maintenance activities.
- Training and Supervision: Train and supervise junior staff.
- Emergency Response: Respond to urgent issues to minimise downtime.
Qualification Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in refrigeration
- F-Gas 2079
- Driving Licence
