Multi Trade Operative

Resourcing Group is working with a national developer who would like to expand their aftercare team. The company specialise in building new homes across the country. In this instance, we are supporting their South West team with hiring a local Mid Devon based person to work locally.

The aftercare team is responsible for supporting customers who have recently purchased a new home and are subsequently already occupying the property. The team member carries out many aspects of general repairs and maintenance, on a reactive basis, working in the customer's homes. Many roles will include fixing doors, taping and jointing, retouching, painting, patch repair and more.

The company would like to consider any multi trade people from either a plumber, wet trade, or carpentry background. All are welcome to apply. The 1 stipulation is that you have lots of skill sets and are able to turn your hand to plenty of property maintenance.
