We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator that is conscientious and will enjoy a broad and varied Sales Coordinator role in a growing, market leading engineering and manufacturing company in Derby.
Your background as a Sales Coordinator:
* Previous experience of working within a sales coordinator, sales administrator, sales administration, sales support, or similar customer service / customer focussed position.
* Experience within a business to business, manufacturing, or engineering environment would be beneficial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build professional relationships.
* Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience of using CRM Systems would be advantageous.
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Support field-based Sales Managers and the product dealership network through providing excellent customer service and managing administrative tasks.
* This role plays an important part in maintaining smooth and efficient sales operations, fostering strong dealer network and customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
* You will process and coordinate sales orders from start to finish, handle enquiries, and coordinating sales activities by telephone, email, and using a CRM system.
* Generate and maintain sales reports / records to track performance and other key metrics.
