I am now recruiting for a Temporary New Homes Sales Advisor to work on developments around the North and West Cambridgeshire area. (CB / PE Postcode) This will be Adhoc position working on new build sites covering holidays.

New Homes Sales experience is required. Weekly pay and contributions towards your mileage.

For this role duties will include:

* Meeting and greeting customers on site

* Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements

* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries

* Taking customers on viewings

* Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales

* Ensuring the sales suite is presentable

* Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

* Must hold a full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle

* Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office

* Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
