CRM/CDP DATA MANAGER (12 month fixed term contract)

HYBRID - LONDON - 2 days a week in the office

THE COMPANY

This global premium fashion and lifestyle retailer are investing into more technology and infrastructure into their data and they are now investing in a CDP Data Manager to manage this!

THE ROLE

As a CDP Data Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Leading on the migration to a new CDP, migrating customer data and overseeing the management of this
• Adopting and putting in place new processes
• Understanding the wider data landscape and feeds and being an internal SME for their CDP
• Defining and monitoring KPIs for data quality, insights, and reporting
• Resolving problems for other teams

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A background in a similar CRM/CDP Data role is needed
• Experience leading on migrations is a plus but by no means necessary
• Basic SQL experience needed
• Stakeholder management experience needed
