Up to £44,000 | Vehicle Included + Fuel Card | 25 Days Holiday + BH | Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

* This role will provide you with opportunities for training, development, progression, and internal promotions.

Your new role

* Working in a mobile role across Leicester, Derby and Nottingham.

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Air Conditioning equipment including Splits, Multi Splits, VRVs and VRFs

* General building services duties as and when required

* 1 in 8 weeks call out - £125 Standby.

* Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

* Paid 30 minutes each way.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment

* Relevant qualifications required e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent in A/C & Refrigeration

* Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness.
